The Ramakrishna - Vivekananda Center is a branch of the Ramakrishna Order of India. Its Temple in New York is a major center of Universal Worship. Due to unprecedented growth, the Temple had acquired an adjacent building on East 94th Street to allow for increased attendance and services for the cong-regation.

The 30,000 s.f. project included a total renovation of the interior of one of the buildings, in order to convert it from a former school into an accessory building to the existing headquarters of the center. Expansion of the facilities include additional bedrooms, offices, archives, handicap accessible bathrooms, and a new elevator.
