The Lott House has survived for 300 years and remains an important historic land-mark. It was designed in a traditional Dutch farmhouse style, and remains on its original site with a virtually unaltered exterior. The 3,000s.f. house was carefully restored and brought to its original state. Work included a complete exterior restoration with a new roof, wooden structure, windows, rebuilt porches, and paint.

Today it is open to the public as a museum. Our office received the Lucy G. Moses Preservation award for our efforts in the completion of this project, which was finalized in 2008 for the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation.
