Restoration of the Dyckman House
New York, NY

Work on the interior and exterior included the reconstruction and restoration of the Dyckman Farmhouse, located at 204th Street and Broadway in Manhattan. The last surviving Dutch Colonial farmhouse, built in 1784, is currently a museum depicting life during the early colonial era.

This historic landmark house incorporates a state-of-the-art fiber optic lighting system, new mechanical and electrical systems, and interior and exterior fire prevention systems. The restoration project was completed in 2004 for the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation.
