This project was designed to provide middle income, affordable, non-subsi-dized housing for young families. The first phase consists of twelve apartments with parking facilities. There are nine typical three-bedroom and two penthouse apart-ments, organized around an open circulation core. The design accom-modates three buildings to be erected on the adjacent lots.
