This First Bank of Americas project was an opportunity to apply new solutions to modern needs in an historically significant building. Located on an entire floor of the landmark Seagrams building, this project offered unique opportunities to redefine and offer contemporary solutions to modern banking needs. Our services addressed all phases of project development, from facilities planning to design, construction documentation, and implementation.

An "in-occupancy" renovation encompassed the complete renovation of a 10,000sf office space. Corporate offices, a full teller area, a lending and consumer loan department, and a fully-equipped trading room are among the notable amenities of this project, which was completed in 1994.
