Facilities programming and planning were among the architectural tasks demanded for this 80,000 square foot office interior renovation. Careful staging for an "in-occupancy" renovation, implemented over a two year period, encompassed a conference center, public lobby areas, computer rooms, and private and open-plan office areas. This project was completed in 1994 by KKA PC for the Children's Television Workshop.
