One of the most notable features of Central Park, the Loeb Boathouse is a well- known restaurant catering to parkgoers and New York City residents alike. The exterior bar at this restaurant is located at the edge of the Central Park lake. It is to be replaced with a new, updated pavilion that connects the views of the park and the lake. The updated facility will provide a full bar and outdoor cooking area, as well as a renovated exterior seating area along the water. Estimated date of completion 2012. |
