The First Bank of Americas project in the Seagrams Building was an opportunity to apply new solutions to modern needs in an historically significant building. Our services addressed all phases of project develop-ment, from facilities planning to design, and from construction documentation to imple-mentation.

We updated and renovated the existing office space at the Seagrams Building while the Bank was in full operation. The program included corporate offices, a full teller area, a lending and consumer loan department, and a fully-equipped trading room. The project was completed in 1994.
