A prototype study was commissioned to be used in the modernization of 
            
            ten branches of the First Bank of the Americas. This was the first branch built according to the standards defined in that study, as a complete 
              
              renovation of an existing 5,000sf bank.  
            It includes a full service 
              
              teller area and a total redesign of the working operations area, retaining 
              
            as much of the existing mechanical and core services as possible.  This project was completed in 1994.   |
